When do you have your bulk scallop sales?
We have bulk scallop sales based on the scallop season (it is all based on boat landings and if we can get the BEST OF THE BEST scallops available!).
2026 is right around the corner and we are anticipating having our next in April/May of 2026!
Do you have a market?
Yes!! We opened our first market in the Cape May Country Airport Complex next to the Cape May Brewing Co. Tasting Room. Check our market page for more information!
What we’re known for: freshly frozen, American, wild-caught seafood—we freeze our scallops and fish options within 24-48 hours of boat landing!

Why do you offer freshly frozen seafood at your Market?
Our founding principle is to offer our customers the most fresh, best quality scallops available (and other seafood). To honor this principle, we freeze our scallops the day that the fishing vessel lands them. This ensures that you get the best quality scallops at all times. Scallops freeze super well, once defrosted it’s like they were never even frozen (we eat frozen scallops most of the time). We call this Freshly Frozen because they taste like fresh scallops every time!
What types of seafood do you sell?
Our pride and joy is the Atlantic Sea Scallop and what makes us stand apart. We also offer other fishes (fresh and frozen) on a rotating chalkboard menu depending on what is available at the time of year. Make sure to sign up for our email list to stay up to date!
How long do your freshly frozen scallops last in the freezer?
We say 6 months, but our customers eat them too fast to make it that long in the freezer.
What is the cost per pound of your scallops?
The cost per pound is based on market price. We purchase from local boats and the daily seafood auction is what determines our pricing. We are able to keep our prices low as we purchase locally and buy in bulk!
Can you freeze scallops?
Yes! Scallops freeze super well! This is the main reason why we started our freshly frozen market and sell only freshly frozen scallops and other seafood (unless we have a bulk fresh sale)
